I'VE MISSED MY MAGGIES!!!!

Hello dear blogging friends!!!

I have to tell you that craft time has been scarce lately and I haven't had a GOOD play with any of my craft items in a long time and have especially MISSED my Maggies...hence the title of this post...LOL!!!

Any way I have been trying to finish another piece of my Tilda Town for over three weeks now and YEP I finally did it!!

So what does my Tilda Town need next...hmmm...well what girl doesn't love to visit the beauty salon...SOOO...

Here is where my Maggies go for some hair pampering...

my sign was cut out using Spellbinders Vintage Labels Four-JB-04300...
distressed the outer edge with Ranger Peacock Feathers distress ink...
the oval was distressed with the Tim Holtz distress tool and then inked...
decorated with ribbon, flower , pearls and wooden butterfly...

 our pots were Frantaged and decorated with roses and feathers...
 our mini pots are also Frantaged and decorated with roses and ribbon...
 our special products will make your hair feel wonderful...

our chairs are made with Maja paper, lace/rhinestone decorated on a metallic paper base decorated with pearls...

First one to enter the challenge, and they will be lucky to get anyone else to enter with your gorgeous entry! Must have taken forever, I see lots of late night coloring and gluing.   31. Wow, Beth! I don't know how I missed this, but I just saw it over at Creative Fingers - you were Top 3 - well deserved! And I thought to myself - I don't remember seeing this! All I can say is WOW! This is amazing! All the details are perfect, I love the hair on the floor - perfect! My father, although retired now, owned his own business as a hairstylist, later became a teacher of cosmetology, so this scene is so familiar to me! I love everything about it! I cannot imagine the time it took to make this, but it's obviously a labour of love! I could look at it for hours and still see something I hadn't noticed! Well done, my friend!
