Fussy and Fancy Challenge #197-"Shabby Chic"

Good Friday morning dear blogging friends!

We have had such a change in weather this week it's crazy...the week started off with stifling HOT HUMID we're chilly...UGH!!

Today at Fussy and Fancy we begin a brand new of my favs..."Shabby Chic" and it was chosen by our talented Jules!

Here is what I came up with...

my card is a simply 6X6 square...
this darling little guy is a Whimsy Stamp..."Fluffy on the Lily"...
coloured with my copics...
matted on cheesecloth and decorated with some pearls...
the bow is layered with twine, cheesecloth and Shabby Chic Seam Binding...topped with a flower..
sentiment is from Hero Arts...
stamped with Stazon onto chiffon ribbon...
