Well we FINALLY have some GORGEOUS weather here!!! The sun is out and the temps are warm...YAY!! Lots of yard work going on here...my husband not me...I'll be out there soon enough...lol!! For me it's the inside...nothing like some sunshine for putting you in the mood for some Spring cleaning!
Okay enough about our MARVELOUS weather...today marks the midway point of our "Shabby Chic" challenge at Simply Magnolia! As Nicola said in our beginning post...we couldn't have a more perfect sponsor for this theme than Live and Love Crafts!! You have until Saturday April 23rd at noon British time to enter to win Sandy's fabulous gift voucher or to be part of our Top 3! We can't wait for you to inspire us!
Here is what I came up with...
please click on the first image for a closer view/slideshow...
the card base cut out using Go Kreate #360030...
DP is Maja Design...from the Vintage Spring Basics and Life in the Country...
tags are Magnolia Doohickey...
a little closer...
I used Memory Box #99082 for the butterfly border...
the solid butterfly is Memory Box #98264...
some Martha Stewart punch butterflies scattered throughout...
flowers are Wild Orchid Crafts...
and this little darling is "Wondering Tilda" from the new Spring 2016 collection...
the butterfly is also from this collection the "Happy Memories Kit" stamp...
and on the pink tag is the "Happy Memories" part of the stamp...
you can just make out some tiny dragonflies...one is on the mauve tag...
another arrangement tucked between two butterflies...
and the bottom arrangement with some lace peeking out...
the inside...
I didn't stamp inside...I can do that when I need to use for something/someone special! Now I hope that you will pay my talented team mates a visit over at Simply Magnolia!
All materials are listed/linked above.
