Hope that you all enjoyed a wonderful weekend!!
Today marks the midway point of our current challenge at House Mouse and Friends "Friends" challenge hosted by our very talented Sue Kment!! So let's see anything "Friendship" related or as always you have the option of "Anything Goes"!! We can't wait to see what you create for us!!!!!
We have three fabulous sponsors...House Mouse Designs who is generously offering a $20 gift voucher for HMD to one lucky winner...Simon Says Stamp who is generously offering a "Random Assortment of Premium Dye Ink Pads" to another lucky winner...and Di's Digis who is generously offering a $12 voucher to yet another lucky winner!!! Three chances to win...WOW!!
I decided to go with a simple style card base and dug out this super sweet image that I have been nervous about colouring (so much detail in the background) but thought "Here goes...have to do it sometime"...lol!!! And I started out with the intention of tackling another scary thought...CAS...but when it came right down to it my LOVE of embellies simply took over!!!!
Here is what I came up with:
please click on the first image for a closer view/slideshow...
I used two different DP papers from Maja Design "Winter Frost Basics" 6X6 pad...
I have had this image forever...simply love it...
"Artic Freeze" Muzzy and Friends HMOR1093...
and just had to add one of my beloved stick pins...lol...
decorated with a crystal and beads that I cut from a string of beads, ribbon and snowflake charm...
sentiment is computer generated and snowflakes are the cut outs from a Martha Stewart border punch...decorated with rhinestones and pearls...
I added a touch of Frantage...
inside...
also computer generated and decorated as the "Friends.." tag
So that completes my midway project for our current House Mouse and Friends challenge!! Now it's your turn...we look forward to seeing your Mousey creations!!!
Materials are all listed above!!
Until next time...thank you for taking the time to stop by!! Your visits and comments are SO very much appreciated!!!
Mousey hugs,
