Guest Designer for My Besties Aussie Challenge Blog -"Spring + Flowers"

Good Sunday morning dear blogging friends!

Welcome to my post second post of the day!!

I was so excited to receive the chance to be a Guest Designer for My Besties Aussie Challenge Blog...another chance to work with one of these sweet Sherri Baldy images!!  And the theme is a SUPER easy one..."Spring + Flowers"!!

Here is what I came up with...

my card base was made using Go Kreate #360020...

DP is Basic Grey...although I've covered it up pretty well with embellies...lol!!...

bow is made with wired ribbon from my stash, some cording underneath...topped with a tiny flower then decorated with a stick pin and beads...

 I used Scan0132...you can find her HERE...

coloured with my copics...

accented with Glossy Accents...

I threaded some embroidery floss through the button...

 the butterflies are a Martha Stewart punch...

flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts...

I strung some Shabby Chic seam bindings from the bow and anchored on either side with a butterfly...

And that is my Guest Designer card for the challenge!!

Guest Designer for My Besties Germany Challenge Blog

Hello dear blogging friends!

Welcome to my first of FOUR posts for today!!!

I'm so honoured to have been chosen to be one of the Guest Designers for My Besties Germany Challenge Blog and am working with this beautiful digi from Sherri Baldy!!  The theme is "Anything Goes/Option Fall Colours".

Here is what I came up with...

my card is a simple 6x6 base...

DP is Bo Bunny from the "Apple Cider" collection...

this gorgeous image from Sherri is Scan 0127 and you can find her HERE...

coloured with my copics...

I framed the image with ruffled chiffon and some vines which I added pearls to...

closer...

the vines are a Memory Box die...

I added flowers to the tiny floral cut parts of the die...

Fussy and Fancy Challenge #197-"Shabby Chic"

Good Friday morning dear blogging friends!

We have had such a change in weather this week it's crazy...the week started off with stifling HOT HUMID weather...now we're chilly...UGH!!

Today at Fussy and Fancy we begin a brand new challenge...one of my favs..."Shabby Chic" and it was chosen by our talented Jules!

Here is what I came up with...

my card is a simply 6X6 square...

this darling little guy is a Whimsy Stamp..."Fluffy on the Lily"...

coloured with my copics...

matted on cheesecloth and decorated with some pearls...

the bow is layered with twine, cheesecloth and Shabby Chic Seam Binding...topped with a flower..

sentiment is from Hero Arts...

stamped with Stazon onto chiffon ribbon...

Scrapbook Stamp Society Challenge #126-"Use the Colours Brown and Orange"

Greetings dear crafty friends!!

I sure hope that everyone enjoyed a most wonderful weekend!!!

Today we begin a brand new challenge at Scrapbook Stamp Society...we'd LOVE to see you   "Use the Colours Brown and Orange"!!  The fabulous Sherri Baldy is our wonderful sponsor and I've used her darling "Button Betty" image...you can find her HERE!!  

As soon as I saw this little darling I could just picture her using some earthy fall colours...SO...

I attached a double chiffon ribbon bow to "happy Birthday" tags...

backed with some brown cording...

the "snowflakes" are made using a Crealies flower die...

Scrapbook Stamp Society Challenge #125-"Flowers/Option Handmade"

Good Monday morning dear blogging friends!!

And how was everyone's weekend??  We had an outdoor wedding that was a little CHILLY...but lots of fun!

Today at Scrapbook Stamp Society we begin a brand new challenge...a SUPER easy one I think!!...it's Flowers/Option Handmade Flowers!  I am SO intrigued with the Foamiran flowers that I went with the homemade option!!

for the bubbles I used White Liquid Pearls....

I used white Foamiran that I cut using a Spellbinders flower die cut...inked with blue and pink inks...I can't remember what I used as I was experimenting with several and can't remember what I ended up with...lol...stamens are from Noor Design...
