Two of my Sons celebrate their birthdays this coming week...my oldest on March 31st and my second on April 1st...I had my oldest Son's done earlier so this time I'm here with my second Son's card!!  Any one who visits knows that I struggle with masculine cards but hey that's what a challenge is for right!!

Here is what I came up with...
please click on the first image for a closer view/slideshow...
I went with a simple style and of course can't really add frills...lol...
 this is "Yummy Recipe" HMKR1039...
coloured with my copics...
and dusted with Chunky White Frantage...
I found these buttons in my stash and remembered that they were left over from a sweater that I knit for Jordan when he was two...lol!!!...
the "Happy Birthday" sentiment is LOTV...
the one that sits behind I melted sliver, white and denim embossing powder then stamped the same LOTV sentiment into it...
the inside sentiment is computer generated...
the stamp is "Amanda Blows Candle" HMFR1001...

So that completes this years cards for my three Sons!!  Time for you all to hop on over to House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge...check out the most wonderful creations of my talented teamies...then get busy and join us!!

Until next time...thank you for taking the time to stop by!!  Your visits and comments are SO very much appreciated!!

Mousey hugs,

  8. A fabulous card Beth, not quite what I would call a 'simple style', but a wonderful masculine design. You have chosen such a fun image and a your vintage design is perfect.
