Marvelous Magnolia Challenge #104-"No Fall Colours"

Good Monday morning crafty friends!!

And how was everyone's weekend??

Today at Marvelous Magnolia we begin another super EASY and FUN challenge with our wonderful sponsor Live and Love Crafts!!

This was the perfect opportunity to use my new Sizzix basket die cut...thought I'd use it to make little baskets/place "cards" for the Christmas table OR knowing me I won't get enough done so they then become...YES...you guessed it...little storage baskets for my crafting goodies!!!!

Okay so here is the first one...
please click on the first image for a closer view/slideshow...
I used a scrap of DP from my stash (so not sure who it's by) to cut out Sizzix #559897...
I added crocheted lace to reinforce the handle and around the basket top for a more finished look...
stick pin is decorated with a ribbon, snowflake charm and clear beads...
snowflakes are made using Crealies Creative Flowers CL CF #18...
this sweet little guy is "Show the Way Baby Rudolph" from the Winter Wonderland 2013 collection masked with "Show the Way Sign" from the same collection...
coloured with my copics, accented with some Glamour Dust and Liquid Pearls then dusted with 3D Frantage...
view from the top...
and the back...

Okay...that's one down...let's see how many more I can get done!!!  You're in store for a real treat when you hop on over to Marvelous Magnolia to check out the beautiful creations that my talented teamies have to show you!!

All materials are listed/linked above.
